This notice covers the WannaTrade pre-launch website and waitlist. The app will have its own privacy notice before launch.
Who is responsible?
ARB Group is responsible for the processing described here. You can reach us at wannatrade.app@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your name. We also receive the information needed to handle the submission, such as the date and time it was sent.
Why we use it
We use this information to manage the waitlist and send the launch update you requested. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising. You can withdraw from the waitlist at any time by emailing us.
How the form is delivered
Waitlist submissions are delivered through FormSubmit, our form-delivery provider, and sent to our inbox. FormSubmit processes your submission to provide that service. Please also read its privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information only as long as needed to manage the pre-launch waitlist and send the launch update, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or provide a copy of your personal data, or object to its use where applicable. You can also withdraw your waitlist consent at any time. Contact us at the address above. If you are in the Netherlands and believe your privacy rights are not being respected, you may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. It uses only functional browser storage:
- wt_lang remembers whether you chose English or Dutch.
- wt_cookie_notice remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice.
You can remove this storage at any time through your browser settings. Doing so only resets the language preference and makes the notice appear again. If we add non-essential cookies or similar tracking technology, we will update this notice and ask for consent before using them.
Updates
We may update this notice if the website or our data practices change. The latest version will always be available on this page.

Deze verklaring gaat over de pre-launchwebsite en wachtlijst van WannaTrade. Voor de app volgt vóór de lancering een eigen privacyverklaring.
Wie is verantwoordelijk?
ARB Group is verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking die hier wordt beschreven. Je bereikt ons via wannatrade.app@gmail.com.
Welke gegevens verzamelen we?
Als je je inschrijft voor de wachtlijst, verzamelen we je e-mailadres en, als je dat zelf invult, je naam. We ontvangen ook informatie die nodig is om je inzending te verwerken, zoals de datum en het tijdstip waarop deze is verstuurd.
Waarom gebruiken we deze gegevens?
We gebruiken deze gegevens om de wachtlijst te beheren en je de launch-update te sturen waar je om hebt gevraagd. We verkopen je persoonsgegevens niet en gebruiken ze niet voor advertenties. Je kunt je op elk moment afmelden door ons te mailen.
Hoe wordt het formulier verstuurd?
Wachtlijstinschrijvingen worden via FormSubmit, onze formulierdienst, naar onze inbox verstuurd. FormSubmit verwerkt je inzending om die dienst te kunnen leveren. Lees ook hun privacybeleid.
Hoe lang bewaren we je gegevens?
We bewaren wachtlijstgegevens alleen zolang dat nodig is om de pre-launchwachtlijst te beheren en de launch-update te sturen, tenzij je eerder vraagt om verwijdering.
Jouw keuzes en rechten
Je kunt ons vragen om inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking of een kopie van je persoonsgegevens, of bezwaar maken tegen het gebruik ervan als dat van toepassing is. Je kunt je toestemming voor de wachtlijst ook altijd intrekken. Mail ons via het bovenstaande adres. Als je in Nederland bent en denkt dat je privacyrechten niet worden gerespecteerd, kun je een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Cookies en lokale opslag
Deze website gebruikt geen advertentie-, analytics- of trackingcookies. We gebruiken alleen functionele opslag in je browser:
- wt_lang onthoudt of je Engels of Nederlands hebt gekozen.
- wt_cookie_notice onthoudt dat je de cookiemelding hebt gesloten.
Je kunt deze opslag altijd verwijderen via je browserinstellingen. Daarmee reset je alleen de taalvoorkeur en verschijnt de melding opnieuw. Als we later niet-noodzakelijke cookies of vergelijkbare trackingtechnologie toevoegen, passen we deze verklaring aan en vragen we vooraf toestemming.
Wijzigingen
We kunnen deze verklaring aanpassen als de website of onze werkwijze verandert. De meest recente versie staat altijd op deze pagina.
